i almost thought about giving a good review until i realized, there was no room service whatsoever, and then they forgot to clean up after my food! such a basic thing. wouldn't it have been lovely to receive an extra blanket or at least some complimentary water, but no, that seemed too much to ask. absolutley disgraceful.
